Jacci stands as the visionary force behind Jacked! Potato, a fast-casual dining Spud experience that has redefined the way people approach the side baked potato.
With a passion for creating a healthier and more inclusive fast-food option, Jacci's journey from idea to reality is marked by innovation and a commitment to meeting diverse dietary needs.

We realized children are affected by lack of daily necessities. During the school season students need personal care products that they lack at home such as deodorant, feminine hygiene, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Often times they need t-shirts and socks.
